The circulation pump is designed to ensure forced movement of liquid in a closed loop (circulation), as well as recirculation. The Wilo pump is one of the main components of mounted boilers. Wilo circulation pumps are equipped with a rotor with an impeller that is located in the liquid that they pump. The rotor is separated from the stator by a glass made of stainless steel. The pumped liquid performs two functions: lubricates parts and cools the motor. The circulation pump is located on the return pipeline of the boiler water circuit; it circulates water during heating operation. To facilitate starting the circulation pump, a capacitor is installed in the terminal box. The water that is in the pump casing is set in motion and pushed towards the inlet of the primary heat.
